Dr. Bailey’s
story
When the iCreate Institute at the University College of
the Caribbean officially opens its doors next year, the
woman leading the creative education revolution will be Dr
Jennifer Bailey. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, the Immaculate Conception
High School alum is currently the Assistant Professor of Technology and
Operations Management at Babson College, a private business school located
in Wellesley, Massachusetts, which is ranked number one in the USA for its
MBA in Entrepreneurship. Dr Bailey’s areas of expertise and interest include
operations management, innovation management, organizational learning and
entrepreneurship. This combination of skills, coupled with a passion and vision
for educating the next generation of entrepreneurs and creators, led her to
accept the position of Academic Director for iCreate.
