We were brought into this world naked and yet some of us aren’t comfortable in our own skin. The thought of looking at ourselves in the nude can be daunting for some while others prance around like a free spirited soul letting it all hang out.

Getting in touch with our bodies is something that shouldn‘t be ignored. Like trees, our bodies are always growing, expanding and shedding. Mother Nature undresses herself during the winter season as she bares all and allows us to see her true essence. In the summer, she dolls herself up in an array of colors spreading herself wide on the green carpet.

Embracing a spiritual practice, I indulge in the healing power of mother earth and learned to love the secrets of meditation. When I first learned about and tried meditation, I wasn’t too keen about it. The thought of sitting in silence for a long period of time made me cringe, but I mastered its technique and ventured out and created my own way in which to meditate.
