Being rooted in the earth: the light and the dark. Re-connecting deeply with my Roots. What is essential for Me to keep me grounded and my Roots strong and healthy?

The eye of the storm. I am in the eye of my own storm, my own Dark Night of the Soul. Being in the Vortex and finding my lamp in the darkness that will always carry me to My Light. A bridge between my light and dark.

I am Connected , Guided and Protected by all my guides. I find Peace, Balance and Truth in them.

Reclaiming my Creative Spirit.

The picture of the ballerina in the upper right hand corner means so much for me as it connects me to me when I was a young girl. That part of me that daydreamed, read fairy tales, played with paper dolls and dreamed of becoming a ballerina.

Touching the Artist Within. Connecting to the Artist Healer/Wounded Healer. Going deeper into my own nature to explore what Defines Me!

I have asked this question of myself as of late. If everything was stripped away, what would define me?

Not labels or roles but What Defines Jennifer?

Getting to a place of Love, Compassion and Forgiveness so I may fully embrace my Rainbow of Blessings & Miracles.

Through the Eyes is where we find Truth. Through the Heart we find our Soul.

As the leaves change color, as you sit in front of a crackling fire, as you watch the golden late afternoon glow of the sun cast itself across the sky, ask yourself, “What is it time for me to let go of?” And when the answers appear, throw it into the leaves, into the fire, into the sunlight and allow autumn to support you through your own transition and let it go.

Jennifer is a writer, blogger, student of nutritional therapy, certified life coach, as well as a volunteer and trained mentor for PRO­ACT through The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania.

Jennifer is also a woman and mother in long term recovery in addition to being the parent of an adult child facing addiction challenges.

Jennifer teaches classes and trainings ranging from holistic goal setting, nutrition, fitness and

stress reduction along with other forms of healing. Renewing the mind through shifting old paradigms and limiting beliefs while renewing the relationship and love of self.

Rebuilding the body with whole food nutrition, herbs, supplementation, superfoods, and other herbal/nutritional remedies. Recovering the spirit through breath­work, meditation, and various sacred living practices among other healing modalities.

As a Creative, Fierce and Passionate Spiritual Being, Jennifer breathes Hope into those walking their healing path knowing that recovery is always possible and does happen.
