t rip. W hen people asked why I chose I ndia, I giggled,
"Well, you know, when you say Asian food no one t hinks
I ndian food, so I ndia t echnically is Asia but not really."

W hat I find most fascinat ing is how t he I ndian cult ure
offers so many nuances of it s people, it s language, it s
archit ect ure and (most import ant ly) it s cuisine.
