DESSERT

PLEASE...

Banana Icecream

I love making this for the kids, and it's sooo easy! This was just a frozen banana, processed in the food processor till nice and creamy.

I then sprinkled ground cinnamon over top, a delicious extra ❤

You can also add a little (say 2tbsps) coconut cream or almond milk (non dairy alternatives); or cream, yogurt, or milk - if you like.

And add other frozen fruit to the mixture for different flavours - too easy.

🍨 Chocolate Mousse

🖤150ml coconut cream

🖤up to 1/4 cup cocoa

🖤1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup

🖤touch of vanilla extract

^^Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl/tall glass and use a stick blender to quickly mix up.

I sprinkled with some shaved almonds and a little coconut.

Rich Chocolate Mousse

✔️1 & 1/2 medium avocados

✔️2/3 cup frozen blueberries + 1/3 cup

✔️1/4 cup cocoa

✔️1 tbsp of maple sugar or honey

Place everything in the food processor and blitzed until combined. Serve with extra blueberries on top.

This served 4 of us, it is very rich, you don't need much to hit the chocolate craving spot 😆
