We started working on our business plan in March, 2016, and we have been officially trading since March 2017. How do you help people? We create live, probiotic, cultured foods and drinks that are safe and delicious, which take away the guesswork and DIY messes of doing it yourself at home. Our fermented (cultured) products are all created from functional wellness foods, which are foods that are scientifically known to produce health benefits. We then apply the traditional practices of fermentation, which enhances the flavour and longevity of these foods, and makes the essential nutrients within them more bio- available for absorption by our digestive systems. And, they are culinary treats! We want them to inspire people to create delicious and nutritious dishes in their home kitchens. Tell us, how did it begin? How to make a short story long…! When I was pregnant, I became very unwell with a chronic autoimmune disease. It was pervasive and really affected my ability to live and love my life.
