ll entrepreneurs and CEOs have a story, a reality that has
gotten them to where they are today. That story usually is a
consequence of them walking of the beaten path, of them
becoming trail blazers and learning from those that went
before them. After speaking with leaders from multiple
industries, races and backgrounds, they all seem to have some of the same
insights. They all believe that true success starts within, no matter who you
are – rich or poor, smart or not so much.
These insights had me pondering the future of Creating Genius Magazine
and how we have potential to be a light on a hill for the entire world to see
what true success truly look like. See, you are the soil of where new ideas
are birthed and the people we meet along the way help water it, and the
journey of your losses, successes and decisions become the fertilizer. This
is the starting point of releasing your genius.
We become great because we learn to fail forward, never giving into the
voices and trials that hit us daily. It’s time to paint your own painting and
run from the bland PC world filled with the grey people too afraid to
disrupt and too afraid to show the uniqueness of their voice. So allow your
gifts and talents to shine with an individual fiber in an economy of like
minds all moving in the same direction. Our hope is you will allow CG to
be apart of that journey.
So with this issue, hear the heartbeat of entrepreneurs, CEOs and
visionaries just like you. Sometimes life is hard and it will kick your a%!,
but it’s cool because this is how you honor the process. So my message
with this issue is to be open to learning from others, and believe in their
failures and successes because through their proven wisdom they can
become yours as well.
