When asked what he does for a living, Curse Mackey told us, “It depends on what hat I’m
wearing. I can compose a song, coordinate an art exhibition, write a press release and take
an idea from an initial sketch on a napkin to becoming a published book, purchasable
product or well-documented cultural happening.” What Curse Mackey does is create an
experience that involves art, music, technology and human interaction. Designer, marketer,
promoter, or producer; it’s all relevant. It’s an enterprise for entrepreneurial development.
