there are some things I can't do so I get to go for different auditions and then they
say 'can you do this', I'm like 'NO', 'urrggghh you're not ready to be an actress', it's
a no no for me, like ahhh seriously, I keep going for different auditions and they say
no no no because you can't do this, because you can't wear this clothes or kiss or
allow someone do this to you then you're not ready to be an actress but finally
God came through and God did it and basically that's it.
CAM: Being
an actress, Christian and an activist by saying
NO to premarital sex in this generation, how do you deal
with the back lash you might get from people?
OJ: The thing is in life people would always talk whether you're doing the right or
wrong thing and its sad that in the world of today, we get people applauding those
who are doing it wrong such that if you upload a video on social media on
somebody twerking , you'd see so many views, nobody is going to say 'why are you
twerking', everybody would say 'ohhh she's such a good twerker' tagging their
friends to come and see the video but the moment you upload a video saying no
to premarital sex and all, everybody starts to say 'hey, we've so many wahala going
on in the world', 'people are dying', 'President is not in the country', blah blah blah
and 'this is what you're saying' so yes, you'd always get people to talk you down
but stand for what you believe in as long as you can hold on to what you believe.
Get your mind off the noise, there would be so many noise but keep your focus
and YES it's a big deal for me because first God commanded it that we should stay
off premarital sex and even stay off sex with other people in marriage that is be
faithful to your wife or husband. Yes, its difficult, challenging, could be really tiring
reading comments from people who are so myopic and don't even understand, they
don't have a clue why you're doing it but it's Gods course and as far as its Gods
course it means a lot to me so I'm an advocate of sexual purity.

CAM: But you've never sang on your Instagram page?
OJ: I did one recently but then I'm so busy sometimes I don't even have time to do
all of that but I sing, I write, I MC, I'm a blogger though I'm new into that, Yeah so,
