FREEZE, TONGUE TEASE
I’m keen on this particular combo (Cerasum’s bit-
ter, floral, cherry notes with Grady’s chicory-cof-
fee-spice blend), but I reckon before summer is
done I’ll have made this icy coffee a dozen different
ways with a variety of bitter aperitivos and joe.
Yields nine 5 ½ oz. pops
4 c. strong Grady’s Cold Brew (brewed with a 1/4 less
water)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Don Ciccio & Figli Cerasum Aperitivo
Stir all three ingredients together until sweetened
condensed milk is thoroughly combined. Funnel into
BPA-free, food grade, freezer safe popsicle/candy
bags. Freeze overnight.

I’m all for cutting back on sugar when possible, but keep in mind when adjusting these
recipes to your taste, poptail bases should be a bit sweeter than typical cocktails.
