New Holland’s new, limited release (October-December),
Beer Barrel Rye, is a fantastic introduction to bourbon’s
zesty whiskey brother, rye. The twice-distilled spirit is
aged in new American oak before it’s barrel finished in
Dragon’s Milk stout barrels, softening the grain’s notori-
ously spicy edges with honey and vanilla.

NiSNAS’ handsome tumbler is hand turned
from a solid piece of oak—shaped to enhance
your whiskey drinking experience—and
sealed with their proprietary honey wax. Like
any fine wood heirloom piece, the tumbler
needs a quick polish from time to time (tiny
pot of honey wax is included in the gift box),
to maintain its seal and smooth finish.
