Your Mind and Your Inner Dreams CANNABIS COCKTAILS, MOCKTAILS, AND TONICS Bourbon-based beverages make a mighty end to a good meal, and Your Mind and Your Inner Dreams cer- tainly falls into that category. In this whiskey-based after-dinner cocktail, bourbon meets fresh lemon juice meets chilled tea—smoky Lapsang souchong and head-clearing yerba maté—in a toddy that’s both refreshing and relaxing. Infuse your whiskey with Indica-dominant hybrid Cornbread. It has a pleasantly dank quality that reminds me of a root cellar, and a lemony scent that complements the fresh lemon juice and highlights the sweetness of the raw honey. And it’s just the thing to help you wind down before bed. (Stick to one serving, though: overmedicating won’t help you sleep.)
