Hush Acoustics are pleased to offer CPD presentations which focus on
how sound is transmitted within buildings in the UK building industry, and
how effective acoustic solutions and techniques can be implemented to
achieve maximum sound reduction.
The CPD seminars have been presented at a number of architectural
practices, building surveyors’ offices, consultants’ premises and many
more locations. Hush have also collaborated with Direct Contact
Exhibitions and presented at a number of technical seminars throughout
the UK.
Important topics within the presentations include how modern architecture
and building design affects sound transmission, how sound transmits
itself within a building, how it is important to implement correct acoustic
design from the outset, how the current minimum building standards are
not effective enough for tenants/occupiers, how to achieve the maximum
levels of sound reduction by using the correct acoustic systems and
utilising the design, and much more.
The main aim for Hush Acoustics is to inform and advise attendees on a
