Roofshield’s unique vapour and air permeability characteristics allow even the most complex of pitched roofs to breathe - without the need for traditional air gaps or venting products, which may spoil the aesthetics of your building. Roofshield carries both NHBC & BBA approval for use in nonventilated warm & cold pitched roofs, without the need for a VCL or vents. STAND: N440/41 No additional labour, no additional products. Assa Abloy Security Solutions introduces specification tool kit at Ecobuild Assa Abloy Security Solutions will be introducing its value added services and consultancy skills for the specification market at this year’s Ecobuild. The display, at stand N526 will draw from its experience across a wide range of sectors - from health and education to commercial and retail and will showcase its product family offering within those sectors. As a leading security solutions provider for the construction and specification market, the team will be showcasing its latest tools for the market, as well as being on hand to offer consultancy advice across a broad range of projects. The ever-growing tool kit for specifiers now includes BIM objects, NBS plus specification writing and a range of CPD seminars. The development of product families, specifically designed to meet the needs of individual sectors, such as healthcare, education and commercial will also be introduced at Ecobuild, demonstrating the group’s commitment to easing the specification process. Tina Hughan, Head of Marketing for Assa Abloy UK, said, “This is now the third consecutive year that we have exhibited at Ecobuild, and each year our offering for the specification market has expanded and grown in strength. “Off the back of our first ever BIM doorset objects - the first nine launched at the end of 2013 with a further 20 hardware objects to follow this year - we felt Ecobuild was the ideal platform for introducing the rest of our specification tool kit. “We are developing tools and value added services for specifiers that will enable them to make the most informed choice before selecting products or solution suites. Increasingly we are finding that specifiers will be faced with similar problems when working in the individual vertical markets, as a result we have introduced tailored product families, which our Specification Development Managers’ will be on hand to demonstrate.” STAND: N52
