Stand up, stretch, and walk. Stretch/movement breaks every 15 to
20 minutes are a MUST if you sit at a desk, work at a computer, or
watch TV for prolonged periods of time. Be mindful of your sitting posture. Stand whenever you have the chance. Every little change you make now to sit less and stand and move more will have a positive impact. Start now and get up!
