Do you use a coach or nutritionist and how have they impacted your journey?

I have the most amazing coach/trainer and friend Jamie Ibone. His knowledge, support and daily motivation helped me to reach heights I never thought I would.

Do you have a couple of mentors that you would like to credit for your success?

I also love yoga and meditation very much. It helps me to center, balance and relax myself when needed! There are few people I’m looking out to when it comes to yoga. MyLinda Morales-owner of Altamonte Springs Yoga and unbelievably amazing yoga instructor/ mentor, Julie Watanabe also instructor at Altamonte Springs Yoga! These 2 ladies played huge role in my life and life long passion for yoga.

What do you think is the most misunderstood aspect of your lifestyle?

People often ask me if I eat enough, as I am very tiny with only 5’ tall in height and 94lbs in weight currently with 7,5% of body fat, and this is the canniest thing to me. My husband always says that in fact people that as fit as myself are always eating something and constantly hungry. :) He also jokes that all day long that all I think about what is my next meal will be. It is a common misconception if you fit, you must don’t eat enough. My passion for nutrition, healthy foods and discipline transfers into my life off stage as well. It is my LIFESTYLE!
