Integral to , and permeating the curriculum of each pupil in S3 and S4 , is the opportunity to acquire and develop a range of skills necessary for young people in today ’ s world . These skills include communication , data interpretation , experimentation , decisionmaking , problem solving , working independently and working with others .
Each pupil will have the opportunity of having five days of work experience in S4 . The school firmly believes that work experience , along with target setting , assists pupils to develop valuable personal and social skills as well as a greater awareness of employability skills .
