Power Hour and Ask the Operator sessions 44 November 2017 The crackerbarrel sessions from previous con- ventions have a new name and a new format, but the goal remains the same. We’re calling them Power Hours, and on Thursday, Dec. 14, there will be a combined session for DMOs and suppliers, with another for tour operators. You’ll be able to ask questions of peers from your membership category and learn how they’ve tackled the challenges you face. Tour suppliers and DMOs can also attend the Ask the Operator panel discussions to learn more about doing business together. This year’s Ask the Operator for DMOs seminar will take place on Thursday, the first day of convention, which will allow them to use what they learn in the session during their appointments. The ses- sion for suppliers will be Saturday, before sup- plier appointments start on Sunday.
