Latest member satisfaction survey: NTA is a place to do business Earlier this year, NTA announced the findings of its most recent annual member satisfaction survey. The results include responses from hundreds of tour operators, suppliers and DMOs on a range of topics. In terms of organizational characteristics, NTA received high marks for being a place where business is transacted and as a net- working organization. When it comes to member benefits, the association’s publications and advocacy efforts garnered top scores. One question asked members to rate the importance of the following organizational characteristics as they relate to NTA (on a five-point scale—5 being very important and 1 being not important at all).
