Here at Country Homes we often design individual homes
for those who have land of any size and need to make better
use of it, either as additional living or utility space for a family
member or co-workers or as a business opportunity and
revenue stream.
Individual plots
If you need extra space on a smaller piece of land then a
park home can provide the perfect solution. We can help with
the process right through from the start to finish, linking you
with the right resources you’ll need throughout to help make
it all really easy for you. We can then design and build you
the perfect space for the plot, making the most of any views
or practical issues which need consideration.
Examples have included families with land who want to
provide living accommodation for the next generation to
enable them to stay in the same area, accommodation for
workers, or living spaces near to work for those who also
have their main residence elsewhere. It may just be that
you’ve owned a lovely little field somewhere and need to find
out if you can build a beautiful home on it to downsize to.
