Pancetta wrapped Shrimp with rosemary and stilton Ingredients Uncooked large shrimps, peeled & deveined Fresh Rosemary, chopped Fresh Ground Black Pepper Balsamic Vinegar Pancetta Crumbled Stilton Cheese Mixed Leaf Lettuce 76 | CountryImagesMagazine.co.uk Method 1. Arrange shrimps on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, ground black pepper and splashes of vinegar. Wrap each in pancetta, covering completely, secure with toothpick. Cover and chill. 2. Preheat frying pan. Cook shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium heat until shrimp are cooked through and pancetta is browned, watching carefully to prevent burning, about 5 minutes per side. Remove toothpicks. 3.Transfer shrimp to platter. Sprinkle hot shrimp with stilton and serve.
