Indoor cycling shifts up a gear in Alfreton
An investment of £100,000 by People for Places Leisure is set to take
indoor cycling at Alfreton Leisure Centre to an exciting new level!
A brand new Group Cycling Studio at Alfreton Leisure Centre will
increase capacity and also see the introduction of Stages Flight
– the latest cutting-edge video and analytics package which is
revolutionising indoor cycling. Additionally, a new state-of-the art
sound and light experience has also been installed in the Studio.
Speaking about the investment, Contract Manager, Peter Sharkey
said: “Our group cycling classes are extremely popular and so we
are continuing to invest in them to make sure they remain at the
cutting edge of health and fi tness provision. This investment means
that we now have a dedicated Group Cycling Studio which can
operate independently to the planned refurbished gym facilities.”
