BIRDWATCHING FOR BEGINNERS
WALK AT CARSINGTON WATER
One of the highlights of these winter walks
is to see the handsome Great Northern
Diver, and we start 2015 with it being back
again. Add to that cracking Goldeneyes.
These walks give a great insight into birding
in the 2 hour walk.
2015 is the start of the 10th year of
these popular walks, so why not join a
free leisurely stroll to get to know more.
Every walk starts at 10.00am prompt, and
always on the first Sunday of every month.
Accompanied children are welcome, bring
binoculars and appropriate wear. Future
dates - 5th April and a bonus 12th April,
hopefully to see an Osprey. Due to the
popularity of these walks, it is essential that
you book (Tel 01629 540696) to ensure
that a place is reserved for you.”
