Boise State Football Games Light The Night Walk
an open-air festival, held on the weekend following Labor Day each
September, that provides visitors of all ages and interests the oppor-
tunity to meet more than 200 artists and purchase their works.
A popular summer event. Every Wednesday at The Grove Plaza in
downtown Boise, the city comes “alive”! Featuring musicians, enter-
tainers, and good food & drink.
Boo at the Zoo
An annual music tradition with costumed characters passing out
candy, costume contests for all ages, games, photo ops, face paint-
ing, special Halloween themed animal enrichments, of course the
zoo, and much more!
Fall Harvest Festival
Monthly event that takes place on the first Thursday of every month.
Downtown Boise businesses extend their hours to give the public an
opportunity to visit their shop and is usually paired with a variety of
cuisines.
Local farmers & vendors set up in a variety of locations throughout
the treasure valley every Saturday morning. Capital City Public Mar-
ket is the most popular and located in Downtown Boise.
Oktoberfest
Celebrate Oktoberfest throughout Downtown Boise with authentic
German biers, food, live music, games, and giveaways! Bring the
whole family for a day of celebration.
Pumpkin Patches
Gather with loved ones celebrate the season in a centrally-locat-
ed, safe, and beautiful space. Learn about veggies & harvesting at
the Vegetation Station, have fun getting lost in the corn maze, and
don’t miss the interactive kids activity stations. Entertainment for the
whole family! Local food, beer, wine, and music throughout both
days. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, oth-
ers are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other
activities and some are simple roadside stands. Most have loads of
pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for
those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house,
or hayride.
Fall Parade of Homes Pray For Snow
Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays in October, you can see the latest in
