ail art has grown to the extreme;
it used to be as simple as painting
on dots and stripes, and now we’re
seeing diamond studs, caviar, and
even 3D designs. But sometimes it’s nice to
tone down a bit and keep it clean and simple;
with just a few intricate designs here and there
will add a stunning look to your nails.
The trends for nails this season are metallic
nail polishes, updated French manicures, artistic splatters like Jackson Pollock’s famous
paintings, matte nail polishes, and ombre with
a glittery twist. We’ll mostly see minimalist
designs, rounded nails, and dark colors. Red
nail polish is in this season, as well as black.
We’re also excited that gray and blue are a
choice for nails! If you’re more into neutrals,
then beige is the choice to make.
Another trend for nails involves nail care.
Nails often get neglected in terms of proper care, and we experience chipping, tearing,
and peeling, which are all signs of weak nails
due to age, long term use of nail polish, and
too much exposure to moist conditions like
swimming or dish washing. Treatments and
strengtheners are a must to keep them healthy
and strong. If you love painting and designing
your nails, at least give them a spa treatment.
Nail polish can be toxic for your nails, so treat
them right and give them the pampering they
need!
