All About HAIR Natural Hair Ready for Winter A s pretty as winter can be with freshly fallen snow, holiday decor, and of course, the fashion—it’s tough on natural hair. Fortunately the enemy of natural hair despair is preparation. As long as you’re working on your locks before old man winter shows up, you’ll be sure to make it out the coldest season of the year with all your strands in tact. and if not, this is the perfect time to start. If you do a protein treatment every six weeks, make it every three. If you tend to do one every four months, make it every other month. Still be cognizant of your hair’s general reaction to protein because you don’t want to overdo it, but upping the ante just a tad will do wonders to help strengthen your strands.
