◀Naomie Harris—for long hair This look is so classic. It’s dressed up, but it’s less formal than an updo. Section hair into a top section and bottom section. Divide these into three or four sections each and curl as in the look from Lea Seydoux, using a large barrel iron. Brush entire head with a paddle brush for a smooth finish. Finish with a loose hold hairspray. Stephanie Sigman—for all lengths ▶ This is probably our favorite look for NYE. It’s sleek in the front but a little messy in the back. Part hair directly down the middle (this look is hot right now). Whether your hair is short, medium, or long, as long as you can get it into a low pony or bun in the back, this look will work for you. Just remember to keep it a little messy, so it doesn’t look too stuffy for your big night. ◀ Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge —for long and medium hair For a timeless look, you know you can always turn to Duchess Catherine. Here, she sports an updo that is classically chic. If you have bangs, leave them hanging down. Tease hair at the crown to create a little extra volume. Pull hair into half ponytail and secure. Curl the bottom half of hair. Then, twist and pin each curl up and secure with bobby pin to create this glamorous look. 27
