3 . LISTEN MORE . The more people listen to reasons and explanations , the more harmonious the working environment . There will be less conflict and more work will be done . Creating masterpieces will never be hard .
4 . TRY , LEARN , and GROW . Do not be afraid to try new things . There ’ s a saying that , “ for you to win the game of luck , you have to raise the stakes .” Try raising the stakes by learning new trends , trying unconventional themes , mixing different colors . For taking one step higher means you are willing to learn and grow professionally and personally . If this is your attitude you will sure scale the utmost high .
5 . DO NOT LET PEOPLE TELL YOU IT CAN ’ T BE DONE . This was a personal experience as when I was little many people belittled my abilities . I believe that with God ’ s amazing and bountiful grace , a constant connection with Him through constant prayer and meditation , everything is possible for with God nothing is impossible because impossible things do happen every day . Even dreams of struggling people can become a reality . What people tell you do not define who you are until you believe what they say . Defy the gravity .
6 . MAKE NO EXCUSES . If you really want to be successful in all your endeavors in life , do not justify mistakes . Admit it and learn from it . I believe that if there ’ s a will , there ’ s a way .
Q8 : What are some of your favorite tools or cosmetics to work with ? Likewise , is there anything you couldn ’ t like without – conventional makeup tool or not ? A : I like to work with eyebrow pencils and different cosmetics from MAC , NARS , and KRYOLAN . The eyebrow pencil is easy to work with . It is like my magic wand that with just a stroke of my brush , I am like a fairy godmother who brings out the beauty from within . In my country , there is a viral hashtag that became somehow a way of life in the world of makeup artistry . It is “ KILAY ( meaning eyebrow ) is LIFE !” Women can do without a full face makeup but not without making their eyebrows . While for me , the cosmetic brands I mentioned offers more variety of colors and shades I can play or mix with .

Rita treads her way into battle wearing shoes made of the finest leather in all of the world . It is reinforced with spikes made of cable ties and is bedazzled by hologram crystals . To protect her feet from imminent harm , the shaft was formed out of plastic tubes .
Her upper body is protected by an armor created by harnessing the life essence of the green dragon - her power ranger zord . It was formed by sewing together layers of rubber mats creating a corset-like look ; designed to allow her to move freely while in battle . It is ornamented with hologram crystals , emerald sequins and gold cable ties . The armor includes a muffler made from the same plastic tubes she wears in her feet to safeguard her from harsh weather conditions . And since Rita is the embodiment of the femme fatale spirit , the sides of the corset are accentuated by abaca mats , keeping her stylish and fierce . These are then outlined by thin neon green ropes for a more extraterrestrial look . As a display of power , miniature led flashlights flickering with shades of green are attached to the fierce ensemble .
To maintain her stature as queen of gold and as the ex-green ranger , she is crowned with a head dress resembling a scorpion ’ s sting . It is created from rattan ornaments placed together to make a towering crown for the queen who would rule us all .
Not all that glitters is gold . Likewise , no precious metal can cover the mud we are all made of . She is hereby presented on a mound of gold as a reminder to everyone that in this life , it is not the gold , but instead , the good , that we should be going after .
