obbi Boss, a renowned leading provider of fashionable wigs, weavings, and hair pieces, held
an entertaining and informative seminar in New
York. Nearly 300 local beauty supply retail owners and employees were in attendance, and they enjoyed a
night of educative presentations, live demonstrations, impressive giveaway prizes, entertainment, and a delectable
dinner.
Several highlights of Bobbi Boss’ Seminar included a
showcase of the company’s hot new Faux Locs Braids, a
live demonstration of their newly developed and patented
Weave A Wig line, and an enlightening presentation on wig
care. Sunny Synn, R&D Director at Bobbi Boss, and Cora
Diggins, a celebrity stylist, gave a presentation on how to
install Weave A Wig within 15mins. Synn said, “African
American employees not only sell hair products but also
use them. After the Weave A Wig presentation, they were
surprised by the fast and secure installation and asked
many questions to better understand the product.”
Also, the hottest item of Bobbi Boss, Bomba Faux Locs™
series, was showcased. To show the easy installation, Bomba Faux Locs™ Twist was crocheted onto a model’s hair.
The color choices of Bomba Faux Locs™ - called a Special
Prism Color Series - are very unique; Bobbi Boss shared
that sophisticated Metallic Sheen color is hot on SNS.
The Bobbi Boss seminar was meaningful in the sense
that it catered specifically to beauty store employees. Employees are the ones who interact with customers everyday,
explain the products, and recommend them. Their thorough
knowledge about products and thereby trust gained from
customers will boost store sales. For hair companies, educational seminars provide an opportunity to effectively
promote their products to store employees who are at the
forefront of sales and hear what the customers and beauty
store employees want from the companies. True win-win
