Ladies Day - 15 August
The Ladies Day event was held at the lovely Avianto in Muldersdrift.
Moving the event to this popular venue boosted our attendance to 180 attendees. A great day was
had by all our female members. The programme themed “Book Club” included an array of
interesting presenters which included talks on “write your own future”, mindfulness and meditation,
self-defence and female health.
On site were mini stands, Hands on Treatment massages, cupcakes, goody bags, delicious food
and a great programme. The members left feeling they had really enjoyed their day with us and
feedback was extremely positive.
Second hand books were collected for The Pavement Book Worm and old jeans were donated to
The Special Wings Foundation.
