2017 – Started year in extended spring training. Hit .304 with 12 home runs and 69 RBI in 90 games between Quad Cities and
Buies Creek. Ranked 4th among Astros farmhands in batting average. Held a 1.125 OPS with Quad Cities. Named a Midwest
League Midseason All-Star. Played in SiriusXM Futures Game, going 1-1 with an RBI. Hit .360 with runners in scoring position (100
AB). During time in Midwest League from May 15-June 18, led circuit in homers and RBI. Hit .377 in May (53 AB. 2 HR, 9 RBI)
and .345 in June (58 AB, 7 HR, 24 RBI). Had stretch of 5 consecutive multi-hit games from June 2-7, going 10-for-18 with 3 home
runs. Lone multi-homer game came on June 7 at Wisconsin in consecutive at-bats during the 3rd and 5th innings. Made Buies
Creek debut on June 23 at Winston-Salem, belting a solo homer in a 3-0 win. From time of promotion to Carolina League, ranked
