Colleague Satisfaction We want our colleagues to enjoy working for the Accord Group, in fact we want them to be proud about it. We are already on an employee engagement journey and will continue to look at ways in which we can ensure our people feel valued, empowered and accountable. We will also ensure that conditions such as fair pay and entitlement are consistently and openly reviewed and we are firmly in support of paying above the National Minimum Wage increasing to National Living Wage. Furthermore we shall review our employee benefits scheme to widen opportunities such as discounted shopping, lifestyle and health offers. To drive the organisation forwards we continue to develop our people and ensure that all staff have training relevant to their role and access to opportunities such as our Leadership Programme which targets aspiring managers right up to Director level training.
