Social & Economic Impact
At Keepmoat Homes we excel at delivering long-term improvements to the communities in
which we work, creating true social value.
We aim to minimize the impact our construction
work has on local residents whilst maximising
the social and economic impacts we generate
through developing local employment and
skills. We work hard to ensure that our projects
and interventions capture the hardest to reach
and most vulnerable residents. We also work
closely with schools and community groups in
order to support localised priorities, enabling
communities to flourish and become sustainable
long after our interventions. Our projects touch
the lives of so many people, including our own
staff in a positive way and our volunteering and
fund raising continues to support many local
events, clubs and charities that deliver essential
local services and activities.
