Community partnerships
Oaklawn works with and through many community organizations in the area,
providing multiple points of contact for those that need services. A few of these
partnerships include: Heart City Health Center, Elkhart; South Bend Community
Schools, South Bend; Memorial Hospital, South Bend; La Casa, Goshen; Bashor,
Goshen; and the St. Joe County Jail, South Bend. These partnerships provide
community members with an unrivaled continuum of care and allow Oaklawn to
extend our care and expertise beyond our doorstep.
