*Chicken: leg quarters, thighs, or drumsticks

*Ground beef/pork/chicken/turkey

*Whole pork loins, pork chops

*Kielbasa, sausage (hot/mild or breakfast),

Produce-Fresh Veggies are a blessing!

*Lettuce (preferably romaine as it lasts longer)
