DIRECTOR
Corey Stoot has lead bands and other musical groups for live performance as well as music recordings. Stoot also arranges the music and composition that would be perfomed.
They critique the musicians and offer advise to them for any correction needed, so that, the desired style and sound needed for the piece being performed or played is correct. They would also select soloists or guest performers, as well as, audition any new performer needed.
A music director would promote a performance by meeting with potential donors and they would also attend fundraisers for further exposer. He or she can be found working in several places that have musical groups or orchestras, such as, high school or college bands, youth orchestras and church choirs. They can also be found working with orchestras for opera and dance companies.
