2 MAIN Ingredients: 400g wild garlic 100g green onions 3 average-sized tomatoes 200g red orach Salt and pepper Extra virgin olive oil 200g telemea (Romanian traditional cheese, like the Greek feta) MAIN 3 Wild garlic dish & fresh feta Wash the wild garlic, the red orach and the green onions and throw them in a pan with hot extra virgin olive oil. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir the mix for 4-5 minutes at medium heat. Serve on a loaf of home-made bread with a slice of telemea cheese or fresh feta. Tip: To peel off the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for 2 minutes. After that you can easily peel them off by hand.
