Orcutt View Bio “ While NACBA’s legislative team continues to look for glimpses of light in an otherwise gridlocked Washington DC, I want to turn your focus toward NACBA’s recently adopted tag line, Educate, Advocate, Litigate. A s 2015 is coming to a close, we are setting our sights on a more exciting 2016.
