If we can promote NACBA and provide them with even more exposure and a financial benefit to make NACBA more successful, we will get the benefit of that success by increasing membership who will use www.certificateofservice.com and further cement the benefits of being a member.

Dan LaBert: That is a nice segue to the member benefit program. Tell us about that.

Kathryn Jump: The member benefit program is a unique approach. We’ve created a NACBA specific portal: www.certificateofservice.com that NACBA members can use to upload their mailing projects. By using this specific web page to upload your documents for mailing, you pay a reduced amount for copy costs, you get a reduced postage amount, and NACBA receives a commission for each job. This way, the members get a benefit as well as the actual NACBA organization.

Dan LaBert: Who should be using the NACBA mailing portal website?

Kathryn Jump: Every NACBA member who wants to make their life a little bit easier, save themselves some time from the drudgery of stuffing envelopes, and promote the health of the NACBA organization. NACBA has brought us a lot of good will, has made our practice easier and better, and it has allowed us to create a business that actually does something. Jay and I have spent the last several years building something amazing. The fact that we generate upwards of 3 million pieces of mail a year and we get it out into the mail system, every day, without fail, is a testament to our determination to do right for everyone. Moving that much mail is a daily logistical challenge! We constantly brainstorm on how to make things better, how to improve efficiency, how to create a better customer experience, but at our core, we know that we have to promote everyone around us as well.
