Congress now is out of session until mid-November. When they return to Washington, it will be for a short session to wrap up its work for the year, and with the knowledge of which party will control the Senate when the 114th Congress convenes in January. Regardless of the outcome of the election, Congress likely will follow in the tradition of making little legislative progress in the final two years of the current administration. And no matter which party is in charge of Congress, NACBA will continue to be at the forefront in advocating for a fair and effective bankruptcy system. We look forward to your help in this work!
