McKenzie’s earliest ministry experience included LE leadership in the Southern Union in the 1990’s. His college career was interrupted, by choice, to serve as an Adventist Frontier Missions missionary to India. Following college, he served briefly as LE Director and Outreach Coordinator in the Montana Conference. In 2001, McKenzie was appointed as Publishing Director in the Michigan Conference and in 2004 began pastoral Marshall McKenzie ministry in Michigan before transitioning to Wisconsin where he served as both a pastor and church plant coordinator. In 2012, the General Conference appointed him to the Middle East and North Africa Union to begin a publishing program. Three years later, the GC invited him to begin the publishing work in Ukraine/Russia. McKenzie and Rosemary, his wife, have three children Elisha, 10th grade; Isaiah, 6th; and Kaitlyn, 4th. BY STEVE HALEY President Pegi Flynt will assume the position of Associate Education Superintendent of the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference on January 1, 2019 upon the retirement of Pam Williams. She last served 11 years at Southern Adventist University and, since 2015, as the Associate Director of the Adventist Learning Community for the North American Division. Her focus on instructional design, live and online training, and innovative educational models to promote student success are of great value in Kentucky-Tennessee. She has over 30 years in Adventist education, recognized as a leader in online learning and Pegi Flynt academic technology, and served as a teacher and administrator.
