New VIEW for
Ayrshire College
“Fairness and equality is at the heart of all
that we do at the College.”
REPRESENTATIVES FROM
EACH CURRICULUM AREA
HAVE SET UP ‘THE VIEW
GROUP’, which helps to
promote an ethos of Values,
Inclusion, Equality and
Well-being, so that all students
have a fair chance of reaching
their potential.
Staff members and students at
Ayrshire College were asked to
sign the VIEW pledge at each of
our three main campuses at the
end of November.
Ayrshire College is committed
to celebrating equality and
diversity and ensuring all
students have a positive
experience in College, and that
everyone is treated equally, and
with mutual trust and respect.
The VIEW steering group helps
contributes to removing
barriers, encouraging further
access to learning, promoting
equality of opportunity and
creating an environment that
celebrates diversity and
supports individual needs.
