Willie Mackie joins
Scottish Enterprise
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR
CHAIRMAN, WILLIE MACKIE,
ON HIS APPOINTMENT TO
THE BOARD OF SCOTTISH
ENTERPRISE AS A NONEXECUTIVE MEMBER.
With over 36 years of
experience in the financial
services sector, Willie holds a
number of positions within the
Ayrshire business and education
community.
As well as his role at Ayrshire
College, Willie sits on the boards
of Skills Development Scotland,
Colleges Scotland and the
College Development Network.
Willie is also a member of the
Ayrshire Economic Partnership,
Chair of Taste Ayrshire and
a past President of Ayrshire
Chamber of Commerce and
Industry.
Willie told us “It is a great
privilege to be joining the
board of Scottish Enterprise.
I am really looking forward
to supporting the board
of management and the
Executive team to deliver on
their strategy for economic
development.”
