We pride ourselves on being an inclusive , supportive and accessible college , and our Equality and Inclusion Team has been as busy as ever .
The team supports the development of our diverse college community by working with students , staff and external partners to embed the value and practice of equality and diversity within everyday college life and beyond .

The College published a series of blog posts to mark the 16 Days of Action – an international call of action to end violence against women and girls .
Let ’ s talk about TRANS
The Ayrshire LGBT + Development Group held a series of conversation cafés at our Ayr , Kilmarnock and Kilwinning campuses to mark Transgender Day of Remembrance 2016 .
The Ayrshire College Student Association organised a ‘ Reclaim the Night ’ march in Kilmarnock in order to raise awareness of the dangers to women and girls from sexual violence or harassment .
