TOOK PLACE IN
NOVEMBER WITH OUR
HOSPITALITY STUDENTS
SHOWING OFF THEIR
CULINARY SKILLS BY
PREPARING AN EXCLUSIVE
LUNCH FOR INVITED
GUESTS.
Industry partners,
prospective clients and
regulars enjoyed a
complimentary six course
tasting lunch prepared by
our SVQ Level 2 and 3
Professional Cookery
students. Looking after front

Hospitality students.
The restaurant prides itself on
using fresh, local ingredients
and meals are prepared and
served by students every
week.
Regular customer Dot Rennie,
from Ayr, has been coming to
the restaurant every week for
the last 25 years. Dot
describes the restaurant as a
“hidden gem”, while June and
Neil Courtney from Prestwick
said “We love the informal
atmosphere of the restaurant
and feel that we’ve got to
know the staff well. It feels
fantastic to be invited to the
lunch and we’re happy to get
to celebrate with the hard
working students.”
