across the Area. A joint Diwali Milan was organised by
all the Tables, Circle and Sq legs of Siliguri.
RTI Week was planned and executed in the most prolific
manner at Area 14 this year. The biggest take away being
big tabling centres like Guwahati and Siliguri doing
maximum events jointly so that there is maximum
attendance and the impact of the work is big, garnering
maximum publicity for RTI. All days of the RTI week
was celebrated in a big manner, with all tabling centre
putting their best foot forward to do the best they can.
Area Chairman appreciated the efforts of Tr. Kishan
Agarwal who took the effort of combining all the Tables
for joint Events.
National Fellowship Day was celebrated by all the Tables
and Circle of Guwahati and Shillong. 2 nd edition of
Funtakshari was organised by GPRT 238. The most
awaited and talked about event was again a big hit this
year too. GRT 235 where the winner, Sq Leg Prakash
Gupta was declared the Man of Funtakshari.
the Area LAPD conveners at the beginning of the month
at Guwahati. The Charter of the new Table in Siliguri has
been finalised for the 16 th of December with NP Tr.
Dhruv Dalmia as the guest of Honour.

The biggest sports event of the Area “ Howzat “ is
scheduled for the 2 nd week of January so all Tables start
with early morning practise in the chilly weather.

Area 14 had its 2 nd AEX at Tinsukia with 80%
attendance, it was one of the best AEX the Area has seen
so far. Tablers of Tinsukia put up a great display for the
Tablers travelling to attend the AEX.
