Here we go again – rounding towards the end of the year at full speed . It may be hard to believe that we ’ re already headed into fall and very soon winter – meaning our seasonal residents will be back soon too !
Every year , NAR recognizes September as “ Realtor ® Safety Month .” We hope when this month comes around you ’ re taking a look at your safety plan and evaluating what you can be doing better . Remember – no listing is worth your safety or your life . We have some great tips included in this issue that could ultimately save your life .
We hope that as the temperature ( hopefully ) starts to dip , you keep your motivation high and prepare yourself for the influx of our seasonal visitors . You know very well that it ’ s a very busy time of year , so make sure you are ready !
