REALTORS ® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2.5 hours of instruction time within four-year cycles . The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS ®.
THE CURRENT CYCLE ENDS ON DECEMBER 31 , 2016
Training must be completed by the end of each established cycle . Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership in January immediately following the cycle deadline , with termination of membership March 1st , after the cycle deadline .
REALTORS ® who completed the New Member Orientation after January 2013 are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four-year cycle .

HOW CAN I FULFILL THE
REQUIREMENT BEFORE THE DEADLINE ?
You can sign up for one of the Ethics classes at the Association , and that will complete your requirement for this four-year cycle . Classes are scheduled in Cape Coral , Fort Myers and South Fort Myers .
