A LE T T ER FROM T HE PR E S I D E NT The summer is behind us and fall is upon us. I hope all of you took time to relax with your family and friends over the summer. “Season” is just around the corner and our streets will be flooded with Northerners, Midwesterners, and so on. Fortunately, the market has been steadily active all year. This season, we will be faced with low inventory, but anticipate many more homes entering the market as we move forward. Expo is also coming to Orlando, from November 4-7. This will be a great opportunity to educate, innovate and “Celebrate” with some of the best educational classes, motivational speakers and latest technology tools. Plan to attend one of the largest trade shows all year and take advantage of the fantastic opportunities to network with Realtors® worldwide. Our District 5 will have a booth at the convention, promoting Southwest Florida to REALTORS® all over the world. Be sure to stop by! We are very excited and are gaining strength as we look to the future of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association! Your staff, Board of Directors, and committee members are focused on our strategic plan for the future success of our Association. This year, we held our 2nd annual Past Presidents Dinner. It was an incredible night learning the history of the Association and exchanging stories.
