2017 Dues & Billing Information
On October 1, the invoice for the 2017 Annual Membership Dues and 2017 MLS Participation Fees will
be emailed to individual agents. Agents are responsible for making payments to the Association for
membership dues and MLS fees. If you are a PRIMARY member and payment is received IN FULL by
November 18, 2016 for both your Association dues and MLS fees, you will then receive a $40 credit
toward your MLS fees.

Payment of 2017 Membership Dues and 2017 MLS Fees will be accepted through
Saturday, December 31, 2016 until 5:00pm.
• If payment of 2017 Dues is not received by 5:00pm on December 31st, all membership
privileges will be suspended Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 8:00am and a $25 late fee for
Membership Dues will be assessed.
• If the MLS Annual Fee is not received by 5:00pm on December 31st, MLS access will be
suspended Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 8:00am and a $50 reinstatement fee for MLS Access will
be assessed.
To avoid interruption of membership privileges and/or MLS access,
please pay your Membership Dues and your Annual MLS Participation Fee
by December 31, 2016 at 5:00pm.
* RPAC contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to
RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to
contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its
state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of
the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to
support state and local political candidates. Until your state reaches its RPAC goal,
30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against
your limits under 2 U.S. C. 411a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect
to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
